We are quickly approaching Holy Week when we enter the mysteries of Christ’s Passion. It is timely to revisit the word ‘Passion’. It comes from the Latin verb for to suffer. So the Passion of Christ are the sufferings endured by Jesus for our redemption from His agony in the Garden of Gethsemane until His death on the Cross. In Holy Week, we meditate in a particular way on the mystery of Christ’s Passion for our salvation. Fr Nicolas Maurice
